Exchanges are permitted; however, customers are responsible for any related costs. Returns are only accepted for reasons attributable to the merchant. If the return is not due to a merchant issue, the customer will bear the associated costs.

2. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Products should remain unused and undamaged.
4. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
